Wake Up Time - Alarm Clock App Reviews

and thats the kind of tool I was looking for. Easy to handle. But it can still become better with more alarm sounds an optional smaller surface to leave it above all other windows without being in the way.

I´ve searched for a tool like this a long time. Now I´ve found it! This App does everything I need and combines it with a nive userfriendly Interface. Really Great!!!

Didnt wake my computer up from sleep (lid was NOT closed). Unacceptable for an Alarm Clock. Couldve just slept through.

I was first disappointed becaus the App. didnt wake my Mac from sleep. But if you donwload a little plugin called Wake Up Helper from the developers homepage, you can put your Mac to sleep from within the App..

I downloaded the app but it didn’t wake me up, no alarm sound! I tried it during my mac is “sleeping”, I also tried it during the mac is on. No alarm, nothing! 0 Stars!

Little disappointed, was looking for multiple alarm setting ability. Did give it 4 as I like theGUI and reasonably loud alarm which comes with 3 various sounds. The kicker here is when run for the first time more sounds are offered @ a price...

Its a beautifully designed alarm clock with only one thing which I dont like. It says that if the computer goes to sleep till the alarm time, your computer should not be password enabled. Now I like to keep my computer password enabled all the time especially when its sleeping, so that nobody starts fidgeting with it and I cannot keep on turning my password on and off for one app. Please do something about this feature. This feature is intrusive and annoying.

This is a simple and efficient alarm clock with a gorgeous interface that works very well. Definitely worth looking into. And the best thing is, its FREE!

I got this alarm because I thought it looked nice and the reviews seemed good. However, I was still quite afraid that this alarm was nto going to be loud enough to wake me up in the morning, so I left my other alarm clock on too. I put Wake Up Time on the Digital setting, and I woke up no problem! It is really great and loud and I think would be able to wake even the heaviest sleeper. Space bar snooze button is awesome and the ability to change the snooze time is also an excellent feature. I love this clock and I think itll become my one and only! Ive yet to see though what happens if you fail to respond to the clock, i.e., it rings at 7:00 AM and you remain asleep and dont shut it off if the clock will continue to ring or automatically go to snooze.

It is a great app. A response to Silver Hawkes review: Yes, it says that your computer shoud not be password enabled but in fact the alarm goes off even if you do have a password on your computer. And this is great because I like my computer to be password enabled as well. Try it

Works like a Champ! Only One improvement i could suggest is the ablity to black out the screen except the time display. I sleep with my monitor on and would like a completly black background except for the digital display, so i can at a glance what time it is. Keep up the great work! You Rock!

It works great, even for the free version.. Compared to alot of free apps out there for as simple as the idea is for a alarm clock it does the job.. 3 alarm sounds come with it.. digital - which is the sound that the non-morning persons complete nightmare sounds like "BEEP-BEEP-BEEP…..BEEP-BEEP-BEEP!" Cosmic - which sounds like an accordion/keyboard playing a little tune and lastly Forest - which is the sound of birds chirping and woodpeckers pecking trees and crows cawing.. In the paid version that is $0.99 you get to set your fav song as a means of waking up.. Overall thats all I need this app for is to getup on time so I dont need the extra bells and whistles that the paid version gives you.. 5 stars for my review of the free version!

To REALLY wake up, I found that having my computer password enabled makes me go beyond the snooze button having to remember AND type my password in. Dont know why it says that you should turn your password off.
